Swag Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your swag! Please note that all swag items are final sale and non-returnable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, you may request an exchange. Exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and approval.

To request an exchange, please contact us at swag@centegix.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.

  • Approved exchanges may be for the same item (if available) or a comparable item of equal value.
